Lexmark today announced the new Lexmark 650 family of monochrome laser printers and multifunction products (MFPs), designed with advanced features to help optimize workflow, save money and reduce impact on the environment.

Lexmark X650
Backed by an award-winning sixth generation print engine and Lexmark's proven track record in product innovation, the Lexmark 650 family is designed to reliably deliver fast, high-quality pages year after year. The Lexmark 650 family produces consistent image quality from the first page to the last and enables sharp text with up to 1200x1200 dpi print quality for professional-looking results.
The Lexmark 650 family is also designed with the environment in mind. It is equipped with a range of eco-conscious features to help customers meet their sustainability goals, including models with built-in two-sided printing to reduce paper usage, Eco-Mode to reduce power consumption and Quiet Mode to minimize environmental noise. The family also offers best-in-class1 toner capacity with access to extra-high-yield cartridges that print up to 36,000 pages2, which means customers replace cartridges less frequently, saving time and reducing the number of cartridges that are recycled or sent to the landfill.
Additionally, the Lexmark 650 family offers advanced security features that help customers proactively track and identify potential risks and protect information from unintentional exposure.
The Lexmark 650 family reliably handles the most challenging media, such as labels and lower-grade papers. Lexmark's one-year service guarantee, which provides next-business-day response3, ensures maximum uptime to keep busy workgroups running smoothly.
A customer-installable wireless option is also available on all models. The option is Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ 802.11n draft 2.04. Lexmark's printers are the first in the industry to receive this certification for this leading-edge wireless technology. 802.11n is a new wireless standard that supports a longer range and higher wireless transfer rates than the previous standard, 802.11g.
Lexmark X650 MFP series
For workgroups that rely on copying and faxing, the durable new Lexmark X650 Series of monochrome laser MFPs offers the benefits of a departmental copier in a compact and affordable device. The Lexmark X658 MFP models combine the power of built-in two-sided printing, copying, scanning and faxing with fully integrated finishing capabilities, such as stapling and mailbox options, in a unique space-saving design. Finishing and input options are preconfigured for simple installation into your environment.
All of the Lexmark X650 Series MFPs come equipped with built-in two-sided printing and can utilize Lexmark's Embedded Solutions Framework, which enables customizable or industry-specific solutions to streamline paper-based processes, increasing productivity and reducing page volumes. The Lexmark X650 Series also features Lexmark's award-winning e-Task color touch screen, which makes it easy to complete complicated, multi-step processes at the touch of an icon. Individual users can even personalize their own e-Task touch screen with Lexmark's new MyMFP solution.

The Lexmark X651de and X652de models print and copy at speeds up to 45 pages per minute (ppm)5 and scan at up to 55 ppm5. The Lexmark X652de model also has fax capability. The models feature a 7-inch e-Task color touch screen for ease of use. Prices start at $1,5996.
All Lexmark T654 models print at speeds up to 55 ppm5, ship with a 10,000-page2 print cartridge and offer access to Lexmark's extra-high-yield 36,000-page2 cartridge for prices starting at $1,0996.
Lexmark X654de, X656de and X656dte
The Lexmark X654de, X656de and X656dte models add a single-pass, two-sided scanner and print and copy at speeds up to 55 ppm5 for even better efficiency. A larger, 9-inch e-Task color touch screen is also included. The models ship with a higher-volume 18,000-page2 print cartridge and offer access to Lexmark's extra-high-yield 36,000-page2 cartridges. The Lexmark X656de model comes standard with an 80 GB hard disk. Prices start at $2,4996.
Lexmark X658de, X658dme, X658dfe, X658dte, X658dtme and X658dtfe
The Lexmark X658 models offer an intelligent alternative to office copiers, delivering up to 55 prints, copies or scans per minute5. The models include integrated finishing capabilities and a large input capacity up to 1,750 sheets. Prices start at $3,7996.
Lexmark T650 printer series
The Lexmark T650 Series of monochrome laser printers provides the durable printing platform for the Lexmark X650 Series of MFPs. Lexmark T654n, T654dn and T654dtn
The Lexmark T654 models add the customizable Lexmark Embedded Solutions Framework to help customers print smarter and expand workflow possibilities. The models double the standard memory to 256 MB and have a faster, 600 MHz processor. The Lexmark T654dn and T654dtn models also include built-in two-sided printing.
